Hi Guys
Just an update I will be ordering Monday a pump up bench which I found to be good for the job and re sonable priced site.They do all types of things for us restorers and you can choose English.You never know take a look.

I bitsa,..just had a look in the workshop manual for the f model and k model and got some information for you.

it may be a bit late in the post but better late than never ??.


   f model dry weight--232.5 kg.......k model dry weight---231 kg

  f model seat height--830 mm------k model---810 mm.

 engine dry weight for both models =89 kg

 f model ground clearance -----135 mm----- k model--150 mm

overall height for both models =1.185 mm (46.7"

All I can tell you is my F1 gets heavier every year, and my face redder as I put her on the centre stand  :-\ Maybe you need to get a heavier stand each year?

Waggles I know what you mean but bench ordered now and can cope with 400kg big enough I think.
My XJR1300 which you think would be a cow to get on the stand was compared to the CB a bitch .Found it to be easy peezy
