£600 for a pair of 550 wheels? Ebay item number 251574308695.

Maybe if there was 300 quid stuffed inside of the tyres? :-)

As a matter of interest what's the going rate for a CB750K1-K6 front wheel fitted with new spokes and DID rim. no tyre.

I do not think they are taking the mick at 600. Second hand set of wheels £150-£200. Blast them clean £50. New stainless spokes £70 a set. Then the powder and the tyres. Plus all the work and postage. You will be very near the 600 mark. Not everyone's taste but, ideal for a cafe racer.
