Inlet and exhaust valves

This may seem to a lot of you like a dumb question but which are the inlet and exhaust valves on my cb500 four K1?
I know where they are but am not sure which is which.

the ones nearest the carbs are inlet and the ones nearest the exhaust are outlets  ;) cheers Mick

if the valves are out of the head,you should have 4 large headed,and 4 smaller,the smaller are exhausts !! and fit at the front of the engine
