Hi, looking for options for rejoining my front gaurd to its bracket. Original looks loke it uses chromed rivets.. are these available anywhere and if so are they easy enough to use ?  ... or is it better / easier just to go with dome head bolts

Could you get standard SS cap screws and grind the heads to domed shape domed then polish to look like chrome?

Agreed Bryan, as long as you don't mind the hex hole in the top (depends if you want it to look like standard or not

Cheers,

thanks guys ... its great to bounce things off the forum when the grey matter's failing....likin the dome nut on the outside and would be able to get chrome ones at custom fasteners.
... but then again maybe they are a bit chunky an only appear to be available in stainless.
Might be trending towards flange head dome bolts (top photo) or Flange Button Heads (middle photo) or Plain button heads. ( bottom photo) Plain button heads probs a bit small diameter , so reckon a flange button... matches all the stainless allens all over the shop.
Plain bog standard alloy rivets was my default and that would have looked rubbish.
