Fork tube disassembly question
« on: October 31, 2014, 11:53:49 AM »
I'm in the process of disassembling my forks to send the tubes for re-chroming.
I can't figure out how to remove this bushing/ring in the bottom end of the tubes.  Can anyone help me out with some advice?

You do not need to remove it for chroming, Only lose parts. If you are sending these to philpots  they cap the ends. And dont forget to send the caps, as they will chrome these in with the price.

Perfect!  Definitely going to use Philpots... now only if money would start growing on trees...
