I've been working on one of these for a customer so thought I'd have a go at putting one on here.
Unfortunately, forum software doesn't do that sort of thing very well (or at all actually...), so I'm going to link to an external site (my blog) and will host it there.
So the question is "What should be in it?"
I'm not offering to write it but happy to import/edit/format etc.
I'll be using Wiki software so there should be an opportunity for reader edits and comments (if you are good)
