« on: February 02, 2015, 02:06:36 PM »
Went to a bike jumble sunday if you can call it that more french car crap than ever, however noticed 2 XLs a 125 and a 250 all complete and as I dont want anymore refurbs did not take much interest in them until it was time to go.The silver 250 which was in reasonable clean and complete condition was 400 euros but still walked away.Just looked on fleeced ebay and they fetch decent money IS THAT RIGHT? :( Maybe should have bargained to sell on.Your thoughts guys n gals
Cheers

Well the one thing you can rely on ebay for is a reflection of what the market thinks - the true market value. Should have had your smartphone with you, Bitsa  ::)

There is an interest in the 250's not a large audience...I have a XL500, out of all the bikes I have, its the one that people comment on.
Current bikes:-
Honda CB750 K4 (1974) USA
Honda XL500S (1980) UK
Honda CD175 sloper (1968) UK
Honda CB1100A (2013) UK

'The early round tank ones are fetching good money these days?
If it was all there 400 euros seems cheap
