multiple posts

it seems that the past few times that I've posted, my post is repeated two, three and even four times. is this because I'm doing something wrong or is it a glitch on the forum? any advice as to how to stop this?

I have been trying to catch this glitch for weeks, and I can't pin it down, forgive me but I'm beginning to think \"Operator Error\" :whistle:

With it only happening to a select few, I've been wondering whether it could be one of two things.

• User has a slow connection (ie dial up) or my ISP is running a little slow and clicks more that once on submit.
• User may have a tendancy to \"double click\" and so submits the page more than once.

I've seen it happen in the posts several times, but it's never happened to me.
