Excellent info! Thanks for sharing, I got most of it right when I rebuilt my 400, but the routing of the cables at the handlebar-end was far from intuitive starting from scratch.

yeah,great link,like frisky I found the cable routing very handy,surprised me that the factory hadn't set the cam chain tension,carbs etc,must have been time consuming for the dealers back then,thanks again,saved to disc.
