Lacing the first took me a bit over an hour, the second only took about 30 minutes.  Trueing was the tricky bit.  The front wheel went in first and only needed minimal adjustment.  I was being super cautious with it though and got it within 0.2mm after about an hour.  Rear wheel was trickier.  Spent an hour on it one evening and every time I seemed to get one area sorted it would mess up another.  I was getting frustrated so left it until the next day.  With a clear head I got it to within 0.3mm within half an hour or so.  I'm a bit worried about tension, but each spoke has the same 'pinging' tone, so will try it and see!
