Rarity
« on: July 20, 2015, 08:03:30 AM »
Now the bike in this link has to be a real rare beast as I remember going to Mr Degens shop fairly regularly in the late 70's and we bought quite a bit of British plus Honda 750 stuff from him yet I dont remember seeing anything 500. Way too dear for me to consider but i hope it finda a good home.

The only Dresda 500/4 I ever saw was this one at North Weald Sprint in 2008:

Looks gorgeous; if only I had enough space.....and money.

I remember going to the Dresda shop back in the day (must have been about '79) and buying one of their box-section swinging arms for my first 500.

Winning bid - £3400.  I know it's hard to judge, but I thought it would go for a bit more than that.
