They are, but he doesn't do PayPal and I've never heard of the options he does take (IBAN or BIC).
Maybe that's because I'm not a seasoned overseas buyer!
I have ordered from here:
http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/Handlebar-Lock-Lenkschlos-Steering-Lock-Steering-Lock-For-Honda-Kawasaki-/231388905798?pt=LH_DefaultDomain_3&hash=item35dfda8146
A bit more than Frank but still much cheaper than DS and the like.

That's better than when I got one. Mine came with the L shaped keys as in the picture.

I think it's as simple as removing that cowl covering the lights and the number is on the side of the barrel.

New lock arrived today. One week from Germany, not sure if that is good or bad but it got here.
Out with the B&D to drill the old lock, fitted quite easily so all sorted.
The eBay listing I bought from offered 'A guide with photo' on request, so I requested - a bit more guidance couldn't go amiss.
Not sure that it added much, and I don't think I would recommend risking using one of the new keys to help remove the old lock!
So this is what you do ....
