Quite some research!
Over here we don't have any access to DMV related databases...
But in (older) titles all the previous owners were listed... thus some (like the ones of my CB500/4s  ) do look like a regional phone book...

I have often found Graham trying to get into one of my Nurses uniforms but, he's just too muscly in the wrong places for a good fit 
And Chris, a Range Rover dealer is usually a slimy haired, cheap suited chap who slithers along the showroom floor to greet customers but in my case I was a smart suited business woman that could charm the birds out of the trees and get order forms signed with a smile. I had a reason to be nice to customers though,  I owned the dealership
