QPM......I bought a 'Bella' Scooter from the QPM Broad Street Shop..........(I think it was a 'Bella')........for a Fiver when I was about 15!. Never got it running but it was good for a kid to tinker with and as I recall I made a profit on it (rare I know). Then onto various Lambrettas and 'Parkas and badges' - last one from a Dealer on Chapel Street, Salford - RRJ 904H....till I met a BSA 650 A10......URJ 83.....what would that Plate be worth now? I worked on the night shift when I owned that and cleaned it every night and changed the oil every month (as I used the oil we used in the Machine Tools in the factory - LOL)
So - three Lambrettas, six Hondas, one Suzuki, two Kwackers, and one Yamaha later..........but I have NEVER owned a Volvo!
