Thanks for the reply's. Ash that is a fine link, thanks. Pete I've balanced the four pots on my ninja and the R6 (the R6 was a pig) before so I think ill get the kit and have a bash at it.

Hi all,
 been away from bikes for 6 years, crashed my duke and walked away to new things, but the yearning came back so I've got rid of the pocket rockets (last three bikes were Kawasaki ZX6R ninja, Yamaha R6 and a Ducati 749S) and have fallen for the cb750 sohc.
The one I could afford was the 1978 F2 and I want to turn it into a café racer/scrambler  so a load of bits will be finding there way to ebay or here.
I've been reading a lot of the posts here and someone said that the carbs this model came with are a bit rubbish, the guy I'm buying it of has told me its running bish and the carbs need doing so my question is do I buy a carb kit from David Silver or change the carbs, if a change is best which ones should I get?
