Some body asked me about date for frame numbers but did it in a post not a pm, now i have my id book i cant find the post.

Please ask me again

Its geriatricy setting in, plus first week back after 17 furlough so im blaming that

It was me that asked about the build date. As far as I know, it is a UK bike, so does that mean it’s a K1? From what I understand, the clock size can help identify the bike. The clock face diameter is 4 inches if that helps.

The clocks could have been changed at anytime over the past 40+ years. It will tell you on the log book if its a 1st registered UK bike, or an import registered at a later date in the UK.

Hmm. Don’t have the log book as yet. Bought the bike from a good mate who says he has the log book somewhere and will let me have it as soon as he finds it. I guess it will remain a mystery until then.

PM me over the reg number and I will tell you (That's as long as its actually on the DVLA database)

Blimey this is a real mystery bike. You will probably find its an import from Uzbekistan, stolen and recovered in Bolivia, ridden to the UK by Dick Turpin with 46 owners of whom the last was Lord Lucan 🤣🤣🤣🤣
