12 bore cures that!

The caliper does not originaly have a crush washer as the original metal pipe seals on conical surfaces, but you have different fittingd and may need the washer

They should be soft alloy washers not stainless and can be replaced by copper at bot switch and union screwed into caliper, as to the bleeder if that is damaged replacement is the only option, what bike is it

Desperately Seeking!! / Re: Honda CB250 or CB360 G5 Wanted

I dont think you will find a G5 that does not need work and being one of the unloved models parts are not the easiest to find but good luck all the same.
Should you find one get back to me and i will give you important service items that never get done.

EDIT Even fleabay only has 1 360 that is not good looking with wrong parts and that is at £2,000

In THEORY it should not matter where on the points lt lead they are fitted and if you fitted an extra in parallel the total capacitance increases so should be better, i tried it on the 500 i sold Ted with 2 rover v8 ones at the coils and the bike did not like it so i disconnected them but as Ted noticed it was too much of a fiddle to remove them!

Yes the F does relate to frame number, and as you can see no engine number quoted which is why Honda cant confirm what goes with what
