Title: Why do I never ever learn?
Post by: gripperod on December 21, 2009, 10:51:10 PM
Finally got the collection down to 2, having convinced myself I couldnt give the time on the upkeep of more bikes than that. So why do I find myself the proud owner of another lost cause/money pit and a 2 stroke at that? Is there no cure? (It was a bargain though!) ;D

Its actually a 1969 or 1970 AT1E. Not actually done much with it yet, just buying up the required bits off fleabay. I have been suprised how much stuff is still available though, they must have made millions of the things...................

No, there's no cure, you'll just have to live with it!

Fun though, eh? Nice project, a bit different.

That is in good nick for its age, when i see the picture it remided me of a yamaha i used to have for the woods, it is very surprising how much stuff can be found for these old bikes
