Hi and welcome.
For positive identification, post the frame and engine numbers here. F2 had a black engine but yours may have been swapped for a K-series (some say they were a more robust, if less powerful engine) Just use normal unleaded, these bikes were made for it in the 70's It should have a centrestand - exhaust clearance would not have been an issue as it was designed that way. Take a look underneath and you should be able to see the mountings - then off to eBay! 2898

Rhos: Probably. He has nearly 1000 eBay transactions with 100% +ve (and he's never SOLD anything...)
Ash: All I know I have put up on the website. I didn't know the Dave that Steff mentions. 2899

#1: If you go to Frank's website (Motorcycles Unlimited) you will see that he has quite a few classic bikes - all at least twice what anyone would reasonably want to pay...
#2: Will is one of the good guys. #3: I looked at this for a mate who wanted to buy an F2. I told him to offer 2904

Optimate is a battery tender that keeps your battery in tip top condition during extended periods of inactivity: www.optimate.co.uk
Moisture crystals are real: http://www.amazon.co.uk/Kontrol-Krystals-Dehumidifier-replacement-500g/dp/B002S9ATJS/ref=sr_1_5?ie=UTF8&qid=1288628233&sr=8-5 When your bike is finally past it, break it up and sell the parts to ignorant punters on eBay for 2905

I would recommend a blanket, an Optimate, a bowl of moisture crystals and a nice warm garage.
See you in March... My Sprint goes out every day* - my old Hondas are retired. * except when it snows and in freezing fog 2906

Some of you may have heard me going on about my son Chris and his tuba quartet.
They have just returned from a tour of Switzerland and took this video for a bit of fun. Shame about the cheap camera/video/sound quality but hey... YouTuba in Switzerland...in a boat?! 2910
