You should find the spring washer will fit over the plain shank of the bolt but the plain washer will not

John, DO NOT pretend to be a coach in Bourton, they are now banned and not allowed to park!!!

On an old bike it was always stated at estimate time that any extra work due to broken/siezed bolts was at the expense of the owner

There are a couple of diferent posts about that recently on the US forum Ash, what they say makes sense to me in that a running prototype would be there before a pre full production set sent out to tease the dealers but not sure about Honda leting that out of the factory first

Ted, if you can find any D7EV are the dogs doodads for the 500, it should have had newish D7EA in it when you got it, D7ES is the original and not available the A is same as S according to NGK. You should not be using the R type

Some of you have expressed condolances for the loss of my sister and to those thank you deeply, this is just the latest thing.
Late last year i had to give in to the shoulder arther and swop from driving to siting in security hut, substantial pay cut but still earning.
January 16th(my birthday) my brother in law died unexpectedly at the age of 88 having been married to my sister for 69 years.
Then my sister was hospitalised with heart valve problem and passed on April 24th(3 days after my weeding aniversary).

I feel for my two nephews and their 29 year old kids who were raised a lot by their gran, my sister, as they have lost doth dad(grandad) and mum(gran) within 3 months.
As the 71 yr old yougest of 5 with 2 now gone it feels like that cliff we all fall of is getting closer all the time.

My best to all on the forum and appologies for the grumps

Bryam
