Title: Nice little Electric CB200

I like this little thing - very clean lines. Maybe the challenge is to fit the motor into the existing crankcase X and cylinder block?

This website sends me daily emails with cool bikes on - suggest you all sign up, it gives a great morning read.

Can I just add to all the other comments and say I'm glad I was born in 1953, but appreciate that things move on . Aaaaaahh.

Agree.

They hold no interest for me,  useful stuff electricity but horses for courses and all that I wouldn't have use for either a petrol telly nor such as a diesel cake mixer  ;D

I did give it a thought about making a 400/4 electric as I have a spare rolling frame, my daily commute to my unit is 18 mile and I like to use a bike whenever possible. I don’t suppose it would ever replace my trusty Kawasaki z750, I wouldn’t want it to but I could see a place for it

Each to their own, but leave me out. That said, the engineering on that bike is first class and all very neat and tidy it just doesn't float my boat. I suppose I should try one really.

Thats one of my favourite YouTube clips of all time, the noise is almost animal like just fantastic.

The raw torque and power of electric motors I must admit does appeal to me but in terms of riding and driving experience I dont think you will ever beat a powerful IC motor

The only type of engine with more torque from stanstill than electric is a steam engine but towing the boiler is a pain
