« on: November 27, 2013, 06:29:36 PM »
Hi Guys
Need some help, would anyone have a front caliper for a cb750, have purchased couple from the states but when I get them they are not what I need, one is off a k7 - the other-god knows. Happy to pay the going rate, just desperate. Met a guy at the Stafford show who had one, gave me his phone number, it don't ring. So if you can help, would really appreciate it.

CB750 / bolts for twin discs
« on: September 28, 2013, 08:27:52 PM »
Hi guys
wow--2 messages in one day-- must have been asked a hundred times-- where can I get a set of longer bolts so I can fit twin discs to my k2. Is it just a case of taking originals to a supplier and asking them?

Hi Guys
My two cb750s are in classic bike mag, have not read it yet but the guys from the mag were really good. Please. the purists amongst you will pick a few holes in my gold one, [front page of mag] but bottom line - like the majority of us, I am just trying to preserve a couple of wonderfull machines of there day. Its def a love affair, if I could afford a dozen more - I would. Again, thanks to the guys who pointed me in the right direction.

« on: November 29, 2012, 10:31:09 PM »
Hi Guys
Need some help-- imported a k5 from the states, complete strip down ongoing, have a problem with s/arm. Removed the s/arm which had roller bearings in place, took them out [infact they fell apart] went to replace them with some brass bushes which seems to be the way to go. Went to insert the collar over the spindle-- its a bit slack when inserted into the bushes. Cant find an answer, anyone had a similar prob. Big Help please

Hi Guys
New to the site, had hondas all my life, have CBX, VFR1200, VFR800, CB1300. 2X CB750s, to many really but you just get attached to them. The two cbs have come from the states, one a 74 and the other a 75, the first is great, very pleased with it, the second -well not quite what I thought it was. I purchased it as a perfect example of a k5, well when I recieved it -it was damaged in transit, ie tank dented,  seat marked, the exhausts all have holes in them and head has been off at some time, head gasket leaks so deap breath-- I am going to do a complete restoration, never done one in my life and dont really know where to start, will find some one to do a respray first, then take engine out of frame and see how I get on, surely cant be to difficult. Will trawl through site for advice, after the dissapointment -I am looking forward to making a start, just makes you more attached to the old girl, hope I can turn my hand to it, will keep posted.
