Title: Cb400 four silencers
Post by: Dolomite_ on May 19, 2019, 06:43:32 PM: Been looking for a new silencer for the CB400 four I've just bought. I have found the davidsilverspares one but was wondering if anyone is using a different brand or a different style of silencer.

Post by: Nurse Julie on May 19, 2019, 07:13:32 PM: I have a Brituro silencer on my 400/4, which is the brand Silver sells. Good quality, sounds nice and probably cheaper to buy from Brituro than Silvers.
Edit...just thinking they may have ceased trading 🤔 So maybe someone else is supplying Silver now?

Nothing sounds quite like the Honda silencer or look the part but are not available. I think these days you just have to get a copy and live with looks/sound I’m not sure of all the options around these days but I’m guessing no a big choice out there.... cheers Dave

Agree, nice exhausts but Motad have also gone skint and ceased trading. Our options list is getting shorter.
