CB500/550 / Is there an alternative swingarm« on: January 30, 2019, 06:01:43 PM »
Currently doing a cafe racer project and i want to change the swingarm if possible. Maybe a inch or two longer.
Are there any bolt-on's or can you reccomend someone who will build one? Thanks 4
CB350/400 / Rim offset« on: October 03, 2018, 11:50:45 AM »
Just laced up a front rim on a friends 400/4. He had already stripped it so i got it in bags.
Is there an offset on the wheel? All nipples are hand tight with no strain yet and all have an even amount of threads showing. In its natural un-tightened state there is a small amount of offset, appox 2 or 3mm. Can anyone tell me it the 400/4 has an offset or should i centralise the rim to the hun? Thanks 5

Before you spend any money why not try and boil them. That may free any gunky fuel in the orifices. Then you can clean out any residue with air and carb cleaner
