Title: Chrome

Hi,
Just getting some parts ready for chroming and wondered if anyone has used Chromefix in Birmingham?
Sent an enquiry to a few chromers and they came back with a reasonable cost and timescale for some exhaust parts so am tempted to use them but just hoped someone may have experience of their service / quality etc.

I have used them several times and I send items from Malta to them . Normally I speak to a guy Sam.

When I had a couple of items which I thought they were not so perfect they redid with no issues . Also return time was reasonable. I have never had exhaust items done .

I had my headers done by them in 2015. Decent price and fairly quick return.

Great to get some feedback on them.
I had a chat with them yesterday and sound fine so will probably get some stuff to them shortly.

Sounds like header pipes are fine, the only questionable item is a fairly pitted collector box which I think is basically a suck it and see job when they start polishing - if it goes too far before smoothing out it's scrap. I'll give that some thought but luckily do have spares if the worst happens.
