Try adjusting the stop light switch spring, the stop light may be permanently on?

I have used this guy a few times. Excellent and he makes the spokes to fit. He builds wheels and will supply spoke kits to pattern if you send him your old ones. Works from a shed at his house and knows his stuff. Been doing it for years.

How about the straight edge method on the rear wheel? If that's not right then chances are the frame is twisted.

Koyo do DH bearings in lots of sizes. They are heat treated so maybe worth a look at their catalogue when looking.

Some Bridgestone tyres are well known for 'Cupping' on the rights side. It's partly to do with the road camber and tread pattern. Ignore it as it will last longer than you think.

Hire a van in Leeds from a national company and take it home, then drop the van off at a local depot. Seems the safest and most economical way of going about it?

« on: June 10, 2023, 08:11:25 AM »
An EV has it's place just like other forms of transport. We have a Kia Niro EV, 64kW and a true 280 miles on full charge in summer. This drops to about 260 in winter, less if you use the heated seats. It's Jan's car and is mainly used for short local runs. It's ideal for this sort of work. We charge it using our solar panels at home. We have 3.9kW peak solar panels and battery storage that charges the car between April - September without importing energy. We don't import any electricity for the house either during those months. It works very well for us and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend it to others.

We also have an Audi A4 estate for holidays and long trips. The charging infrastructure is crap, that's true and expensive to use.

According to t'interweb it's more likely to be overheating, I Googled this: Baxi Bermuda BBU 15 HE error code e110
This is one example:

"E110 relates to the Boiler hitting its maximum temperature and cutting itself out to stop damage, so its basically overheating, there are several causes for this, its generally a circulation fault so a system blockage, Air lock or faulty pump, in very rare cases it could be the temperature stat in the boiler faulty. If boiler has pressure and there are no obvious pockets of air in system (bleed all radiators) then a Gas Engineer will be required to repair the fault."
