Help. I have a newly chromed fuel cap and 2 new pins. 1 for the cap hinge and the other for the chrome catch.
How do you fit them. It seems like some kind of rivet

Yes, they are rivets, I made a small tool to form the ends and made the rivets from stainless. Not too difficult if you have access to machinery. Saves risking the paint and chrome.
