You beat me to it Mick.I can see I'm going to have to start using Photobucket
My spare ones are the later ones.
The ones on your bike are the same as my green bike and there the ones I'm after.

Phil you can email me pics if you want

Awesome bike for £150 I can't even buy a knackered cg for that.

Trig that's not much of a challenge I used my old 250u on 110 mile round trip for nearly a year all I did was change the oil.
Try the same trip on an Aprilia I broke down three times when going to Spain.
Shes sat in the garage unused ever since

Hi Phil
I have some spare fork lowers for a k2 onwards.

What was the recall on carb tops don't think I'v herd that one
I'm glad I don't have tin plug caps as it rains every time I use the bike.
I do remember touching one of those caps once when the bike was running and I can tell you it made me swear somewhat

Other Bikes / Datatool Alarm
« on: December 12, 2013, 08:47:15 PM »
Hi all does anyone know how to remove a Datatool alarm from a Triumph S4
Every time I go to use it the bike is as dead as a dodo.Even when left on a trickle charger it's costing me a fortune in battery's it even drains my motobatt battery to extinction.
I,v been considering a ratty F 1or2 as a replacement bike because I now love kickstart bikes as they always start

Welcome
Nice to know there's someone else with a 750 not to far away. There far better than the modern crap.
I have been considering buying an F to replace my incredibly crap Triumph.

I love this forum  :-*  thanks for the reminder just checked my swingarm bushes after 1500 miles  and had to empty the grease gun into it.Seems a bit excessive but it does seem to rain every time I use it.

I thought this was happening a lot laity I was searching for a thruxton today and found this

If this don't look fishy nothing does

My gold bike recently done the same thing just before it went back on the road ::)
I intend on striping her down and weld a new tube in
Someone told me in the rush to produce the k1's there were no weep holes drilled in the frame rails so that's another job on the to do list

Good Question Bitsa been meaning to ask the very same thing for ages.
My speedo has been out of whack ever since it's bump on the nose.
I think 30mph is 2000rpm and 70mph is 4000rpm my speedo reads about 10mph fast as far as I can tell and jumps like a good en.
