IIRC if it's the round tap seal the DS kit does not have the right size O ring so they supply two thinner ones. I ended up using the original one as it was in fair condition. The only other seal iirc is a fibre washer on the Union I think.

Julie might have something suitable - not sure.

This was my tap when I dismantled it.

I'd try a PM to Nurse Julie first - the replacements will probably be Vitron type. Failing that measure it up & try some suppliers.

My strainer was in bits so I bought the kit.

Can you not measure the old seal or has it been binned?

Yes still have the old one but it’s very fragile . I think the size is 16 mm x 1,5mm x10 mm . The 10mm is the hole size .

Your sizes don't really add up but try some options here for size.
If they are 1.5mm wall thickness rings with an inside diameter of 10mm then the outside diameter would be 13mm.
If they are 1.5mm diameter with an outside diameter of 16mm then the inside diameter would be 13mm.

The ring shown in your diagram as 16mm o/d with 10mm i/d would be a 3mm thickness ring - this size is listed if you enter the details

I think the 16mm * 1.5 is the thread pitch.

Yes the plastic on my mine had whole in it. Best to replace with kit if your filter is looking a bit old. Also old one could be compressed?  Hence 1.5mm.

I have an old sieve filter like that sat in it's bag unused, no idea what it's off, it's got a part number but no idea what it is off the top of my head. It was a part in my tool box when i left Queenies, even if the part number isn't correct it may be able to fit.

I'll dig it out and see what I can work out.

The O ring in my photo upper right looks very much larger than 1.5 mm diameter - long since binned.

It's a flat rubber washer, so the dims given are about right.

Correct, it's a flat profile. I've been having a rummage and measure up and may have found one for Rob.

Yes a flat washer - that's why I thought it might be a fibre one!

I've found the filter still sealed in it's bag. Part number 16952-447-015. According to CMS it's for a 250N, 400N, CB250RS, CM400, CX500, XL250, XL500 and XR500.

However it appears to be the right size as yours, with the exception that it's 10mm taller, 115mm as opposed to 105mm, which shouldn't be a problem. The rubber washer appears to be 16mm OD with a 10mm ID hole. The strainer tube appears to be 11mm OD.
