Title: Sourcing over flow tubes

Is it really necessary to spend so much on carb overflow tubes and fuel pipes as seen on cmsl/DSS?

No George, it's not. Buy tubing by the length from Planet Silicone on Ebay.

Thanks for this Julie. I'll risk sounding like a dunce, but do we measure the diameter of these things from inside or outside?

Measure the ID, internal diameter George. Can't remember for sure but I think it's 4.5mm ID for the overflow pipes.
