Hi Guys
Not sure what is happening here??
Almost finished a CB175 for a mate in Wales and started today and when I CLOSE the choke the engine revs rise a great deal.
Can anyone tell me what is going on as I haven't a clue .

Project Board / CB125K3 by RGP750

Ok taken the engine out of the 125k3  it appears to be seized/stuck,
How do I get the head off, ? I cant seem to find anything on this engine.
Just downloaded a 125 175 manual but it is the later 175 engine (although it says 125k3) Grrr!

I need to split the cam chain but can't turn the engine to get to the link .
Am i having a senior moment ??

Thanks to a forum member I have a 1969 CB175k3 on the way.
Only made from July69 to Dec 69.
This one is very low miles and running .

Rear hinge ,no booklet pouch .
What models hinged from the rear?
It's not 175 as the trim went around the back on them ????

I have a friend in Wales that has to sell his 400 because his Wife had dementia .I think he may be asking too much.
Clearly a few non original parts but looks tidy  What price would you put on it ?

CB750 / Electrical help please.

God i hate electrics >:(
Went out on the K0 last night, got to a junction and everything went dead, nothing at all worked.
Checked fuse ,main power to battery etc ,nothing obvious.
After a bit of cable pulling all worked again until i pushed it off of the stand and it went dead again.
bit more fiddling and back again ,this time it stayed so went home .
My thoughts are a switch wire, any other thoughts please .
I will need to be conclusive or i'm going to be worried about it doing it when i'm
in the middle of a roundabout or worse .

CB750 / Footrest /exhaust bolt

At Ashford show today and asked by someone there for dimensions of the exhaust /footrest bolt,on 750 anyone of you good guys out there have one loose to measure for me, if not i'll try and measure mine on the bike .

2 years on and another one saved.
Almost finished a few bits to tweak.
My original bike was DKL54K ,found this one on EBAY so had to get it .
Came out of the same dealer as mine on the same day 2nd May 1972.
She will be at Ardingly show tomorrow, I will be in the Abergavenny hall stall 32 if anyone wants a chat.

I will have the 1972 CB175 there ,pretty much finished but as yet not started,still some electrics to sort (i hate electrics :o)
I have a Jumble stall no 32 in the Abergavenny hall.

Hi All
Assembled bottom end with a DID endless cam chain only to realize it has to be a split chain . ::)
Does anyone know where i can get a DID spring link for a 219t  82 chain?
some on ebay but say only for 219ftss chain don't use on anything else.
Any help welcome

Hi All
Assembling 1972 CB175 gear box , gear change drum and came across the ring in the photos
lying on the bench.
i'm assuming it has come from the 175 as i can't think where else it has come from .
I can't find it in my parts book and Trigger has had a look in his micro thingies .
It's .9mm thick and has a small tag to stop it revolving i would think .
Any ideas welcome before i carry on and leave it out .
