I started to watch this film - Eat the Peach - on BBC iPlayer.
Motorcycle film from 1986 / Ireland.... started off well with an early 80's Honda dirtbike and a three-wheeled Honda thingy ( I recall watching the lady-Mayor of Hull flipping one of those before they were outlawed!). I only watched 15 mins because I'm rubbish at sitting in front of the telly, but it looks pretty watchable - and it's on BBC iPlayer so it's free! Thought it was worth mentioning!
Plus, it also referenced Roustabout by Elvis, which inspired the film and led me to a film of Elvis on the Wall of Death ( check out YouTube). Awesome!

I put some shiny Allen bolts on my engine casings and I wish now I had used hex ones ... they look more original. I'll swop them at some point.

When she asks, just say ' they were on when I bought it...,'

Thanks . I've found that they also offer a spray version in white which would be a good base for my blue / white gsxr paint! Recommendation is to use it over their base layer/ treatment so I'm going to give that a go when it's a little warmer.

From Scotland I would be tempted to take the Newcastle - Norway party boat and ride down from there - that would add in Norway + Denmark & possibly Sweden too!

I'm slowly getting round to painting a tank for an old GSXR. It'll just be a shed/ rattle can job so nothing fancy, but I want to make as good a job as I can.
It's previously been stripped to bare metal then left outside which means it has a lot of little rust dots on it. I rubbed it down to flat and sprayed a bit of black paint on it - the dots reappeared but haven't got any worse after 14 years.
Question is - any thought on an appropriate undercoat/ treatment I could use to stop these reappearing when I spray it? Thx!

...aside from that, it would be interesting to see how it works as it's a pretty decent price!

I watched the video. Very informative.....it reminded me why we don't let techies write user manuals.
Do this, this flashes, do this, follow all 8 steps in the manual and it works. Wtf? What do I connect to what?

There used to be a Lotus Twin Cam Europa Special in BoT circa 1972/3 in those JPS colours it really suited the odd rear end shape.
I still have e a toy Europa but it's blue...I think it says 'from the TV series The Man from Uncle' underneath.

It's a non-runner at present. It's all there so far as I'm aware but has a couple of broken studs ...I'm not sure if there are other issues as I haven't had it running. Head is currently off plus there is a spare head and possibly barrels. It's been sitting part dismantled in the garage for ages. I can take a few piccies if you like.
