Does anyone here know who this is?

Yes but who is he and why isn't he a member here?

I tried to contact him but eBay will not allow contact after an auction has ended (unless you are the seller)  >:(

Steve if you go to advanced search you can "Find a Member", you have to jump through a couple of hoops but you do get to a form to ask a question..

...but when you click the "Send" button, you get a message from eBay saying that their security measures will not allow the message through their system as I have no eBay transactions in common with the recipient.
