I'm not promising Steven but I will have a look tomorrow. I changed the sprockets on my 400/4 last year but cannot remember if it came with a new washer or not. If it did, I would definitely of saved the old one, just in case  ;D ;D ;D
I will let you know when I have had a rummage

Well Steven, I must have been dreaming  :( :( I have found the old rear sprocket, god only knows why I changed it, it's got loads of life left in it but, I can't find the washer anywhere. I reckon the new one didn't come with a washer so I had to use the old. Sorry

A quick Google on the P/N (41202-286-000) shows the same part is used on the CB400T, CM400 and CM450 (and quite probably the 250 equivalents; information is from US sites who didn't get the 250s), also the CB250/360G5 and CJ250/360. That should widen the choice of donor bikes.

Have you tried Steve at http://www.400fourbits.co.uk/? He doesn't have the part listed but may be worth asking him, he seems a helpful chap.

Guess you could always get it plated so it is nice and shiny.
If you understand German this guy seems to have a replated washer and circlip for 5 Euros, presumably plus carriage:
