You still can't beat a seperate exterior h-drives to save important info.I use large capacity pen drives for photo's etc.
But with Dropbox you can share large files with others ..like I am doing on here.

Life throws these curved balls at you Bryan and the older you get they come more frequently. Really feel for you mate and it goes without saying that everyone on here has benefited from your knowledge and generosity, for all the time I have been on here and on the USA forum too. Lets hope it gets a bit better for you from now on.
I know you have had a financial hit with the new job and it may be a bit boring at times for you but I bet it's going to be better for your long term health .. I couldn't imagine doing any full time driving job at my age and I have always been in awe of anyone who drives a big truck for a living....particularly with modern traffic and some of the idiots you encounter.

Amazingly after a week and then posting on here just now it's sorted .... I just got this back.... despite the reply, I gave them no further info than I did a week ago. "Kindly note that your answers have passed our security checks so we have temporarily disabled the requirement to enter the one-time verification code, as an exceptional one time case."The treat of them losing £120 per year must have got through

I started with a free Dropbox account yonks ago and quickly needed more storage particularly hosting the manuals etc on here.
Everything worked OK until I ditched my local internet provider (KCom) and I lost my old email address.
I forgot to change over my email address to my new Gmail one and they keep asking me to verify my account by sending an email with a pass-code to my old email address which I no longer have access to, before I can log in again.
Despite moaning to them and the case being escalated because I threatened to cancel my subscription (£120 p.a.) if they don't sort it out and plaster their inadequacies all over social media, they won't allow me access to my account until I provide them with data I don't remember ... like 'the last file you uploaded' and 'exact joining date' etc. They refuse to send me a texted code like any other provider such as Lloyds Bank or HMRC do. I even sent them copies of proof of payment by PayPal for each moth but still they refuse to give me access to my account.
Anyone else have problems ? Suggestions?
Luckily I can access my Honda data by coming on here and using my Dropbox links ... ludicrous !

Interestingly, the combined float bowls are seperate in function, having discreet volume for each carb, but seem to be used as mounting to give structural component (later a dedicated carb "rack") along with a beam across the top of carbs to make a competent assembly.
Placement of anything PRE marketplace is, as I understand it, subject to tax and import regulation for which a temporary waiver is given, after which the item (s) have to be either removed from the country, or destroyed for disposal (being cheaper) to ultimately comply with their temporary import.
Guessing that some of these vehicles escape by someone hiding them away as they think it's too much of a waste, on a personal level, to really scrap them. Interesting that some are kept, understandable that the stories are deliberately obscured. Technically the IRS could still come for the demands of import be met, although out of time status likely to apply now. In taxman terms, they'd probably want to see it crushed 
Sounds spot on to me Nigel. Vic World was at DS 750 event and was very approachable and a totally unassuming guy, when I talked to him. BTW I think the CB750A Hondamatic SOHC 750 had a Morse Hy-Vo primary chain.

The notes say "only CB750" to use accelerator pump on carbs .... probably don't know about the F2 then, and also Keihin made
Yes I though that too .. very complicated carbs too yet the 4 pre-production prototype bikes had 4x modified CL77 carbs sprayed with silver paint! Not seen anything about the way he came by it ,which is a bit of a shame... but early days yet I suppose. Always nice to know the history after it was shipped to the USA. I guess it must have gone back to Japan at some stage but that's only a wild guess.

Only reason i can think of it not to work is if the plastic was"de natured" by uv light(cant think of another waybto say that)
Good point that Bryan ...on late 60's early 70s panels the plastic goes really brittle.

We were one of those dealers that removed them at pdi as you could just about guarantee a misfire when the british liquid sunshire arrived
The dealer who supplied mine literally ripped them off Bryan and broke the plastic at the end in the process. I took mine apart recently and with a bit of practice you can remove the covers without de-crimping and re-assemble and no damage to the plastic part.
