Looks like frank also bought the MadJack k0 that was in scotland @£10k (the jdm one) and has it up for £16k at the moment...

And now..

Fair play to the guy - he's certainly driving the perceived Value of these K0's...and now k1's...

As A UK bike shouldn't the rear light be black?

Yep, a UK should have the black 4 mount tail light bracket.
James, how do you know that frank has bought this. Could be on sale or return over the winter ;)

Sure he was in Yorkshire and I sold him a K0 seat cover on eBay, a couple of years back and some nice K2 shocks, which were on my K0 when I bought it.
That's the bike I photo'd and posted pics here at Lotherton Hall VJMC show in July with the 'side script' modern DID rims.
Personally, having seen that bike close up , I don't think it was worth 10K but I may be out of touch on prices. Thought it would have had at least a Yamiya seat cover. Probably got the one on that I sold, which I obviously considered not fit for the bike and got one specially made by Morretti instead. Then bought a Yamiya seat this week !!!

Here is my original post on it :-

BRIGHTON  BIKE (CGU 7H) Before prepping for UK use (ex Las Vegas Dealer Convention)... Square rear lamp, prototype master cylinder, Note C50 style indicators, Flat seat, high handlebars, solid metal brake line to M/cyl

[attachimg=1]

[attachimg=3] After Prepping for UK (Sold to lord Denbigh ... Rollo Feilding) , oval real lamp, production master cylinder. Lower  K2 style handlebars. First registered in the UK on 4th Sept 1969 but manufactured much earlier in '69.

PRESS BIKE (YLY70H) ... Registered Feb 1970 NOTE THE GORGEOUS SEAT ... Not even Yamiya could replicate its pronounced 'ducktail' and dual step profile. why the Hell design something so nice, then supersede to bland K1, then blander K2-K6 and finally awful K8 !!

K8 seat URGGH!

As I said in the post I was pi**ed at the time, but found it hard to type slurred text  :D

All I am doing really is regurgitating facts I have learned . Bit like those saddo's who win every pub quiz going but ask them a simple question about something 'normal' and they look at you dumbstruck. To be honest I had just been out with a pair of them like that but they are both linked to the police so I thew in one for myself and RGP /Rich. How do I get a dodgy PNC check on a bike I used to own? The best they could offer was 'Put an ad in the local paper, asking if anyone knows it whereabouts'. Yes Bryan I know it's a sackable offence but one of these days someone is going to bend the rules for me and I will find HDT2J.

Well it's definitely in the UK but I don't think we are ever going to see it !

YLY70 supposedly went abroad to a fairly inaccesable place  ::) ::) However, rumour has it that it was going to be auctioned in the UK but then all info went dead. God know what Frank would charge, if he got his mitts on it  ::)

well it started at 1010369 and I am not sure but I think the first 'batch' was 20 bikes. Mine is 1010382. I think there was then a fairly long time gap before us getting any more. Steff may know more or confirm if my info is indeed correct. The guy in York with the unredg'd frame has a VIN around 3 off the first bike (Mick's).
