Me being cynical....I can't help it...I'd check out the performance of your local Triumph Dealers before I bought one.........via feedback on Social Media.
These new models might appear to be a nice bike at a reasonable price, but many Triumph Dealers ain't got a particularly good reputation and the Triumph Factory isn't a lot better......I think their main objective in life is to sell high priced bikes and high priced accessories and any problems (genuine ones that shouldn't really be problems - or they cause the Dealers Warranty grief) are swiftly swept aside.
Compare the £5K for this new bike against their £15K to £20K other offerings - where Owners don't seem to be too impressed with what they have got, or the service they have received when they have problems, and maybe that will give you something to consider.
Of course I could be mistaken, and Triumph certainly do make some fantastic bikes for the money, but being a member of a few Triumph Forums....and seeing the Owners banter on a regular basis, that's the general impression that I get.
Good luck though if you decide on buying one.

Weills Disease wasn't particularly prevalent on LU Premises, but the fact that it could kill people within 24 hours meant that it had to be taken seriously........plus the fact that we had numerous areas where stagnant water and Vermin were the norm.....the Inverts underneath Station Platforms were a high risk. When the Trains stop running the Vermin come out to play !!
I'd like to think that the LU Safety Induction Course - where you MUST receive the 'basic training' before being allowed access to work on LU Premises was responsible for the low infection rates, and the many other 'mandatory' Training Courses also reinforced the knowledge and understanding of our Staff and Contractors, so the message was constantly repeated as people had to regularly take Refresher Courses in order to do their job.
The most difficult aspect was getting across to the 'Invincibles' (and those whose first language wasn't English) that if they didn't apply basic good Hygiene principles and take some simple precautions, then IF they did contract the disease they'd possibly pop their clogs rather quickly !
I reinforced the message about them passing the disease to their Wife and Kids and painted the picture of how would their loved ones manage without their Dad (the Breadwinner) if they passed away....quite a sobering thought to a bloke in his 20's or 30's with young Kids.....and during my Safety Inspections on LU Premises I often witnessed Supervisors (who had attended my Safety Inductions years before) passing on the same message to their Staff so the seeds I planted had grown.
No K2, I didn't get involved in managing 'Deadleg' water systems etc - I'm pleased to say ! Regarding Ken's comments about Rats only carrying the Infections being the dangerous ones....I never managed to run fast enough to catch one to test it for Weills Disease ! LOL. Our biggest concern though was Vermin peeing in the stagnant water pools under the Platform Inverts and then Workers walking, wading or crawling through those pools....hence the importance of thorough washing ASAP, especially before touching their face or eating and drinking.
My apologies for the lengthy comments, but they are still relevant for those who might work in 'dodgy' premises....personally I had to spend a couple of days cleaning out my Garage a few years back as some furry critters found a long forgotten stash of bird seed ! Not nice I can tell you !

Hahaha that takes me back Dave......I wish I had a quid for every Safety Induction Course I presented in my 22 years at London Underground.....impressing upon the 'Invincibles' (the 25 year old's who knew it all) about how Weils Disease could kill them within 24 hours if they contracted it....and how NOT to keep their working clothes etc loose in the boot of their car because their Missus would be putting the Tesco shopping in the same boot the day after !
Happy daze.
Good luck with the latest money pit....no doubt it will get there in the end and be something to be proud of once again.

E Bay are simply paranoid about Sellers showing contact details in their adverts......they think that it will potentially cut E Bay out of future sales ! That's why Private Sellers show their phone number in a photo. Strangely, Dealers clearly show their contact details - showing that E Bay obviously suffers from 'Elbow and arse disease !
Continual 'breaking' of their rules can lead to Sellers being barred from E Bay in the future, but if you are an infrequent Seller this probably won't bother you.
I have just bought some Furniture on E Bay and the amount of 'faffing about' was a real pain as I'm using a Courier to collect......all Couriers want/ need an E Mail address - so they can send advance warning about the collection AND the delivery dates, and they need a Mobile number so they can send advance warnings about the time slot they propose for collection and delivery. Having to send numerous messages on E Bay to the Seller to ascertain this info and 'skirting round the E Bay rules' is just a PITA and probably one of the biggest self inflicted examples of an organisation pis*ing off it's Customers !
I have 'reluctantly' just posted a couple of bike parts for sale on E Bay........just waiting now to get a raft of 'stoopid' questions from the people who can't read, can't work simple things out for themselves, and can't be ar*ed to read the advert properly. Thankfully, most decent E Bayers don't fall into these categories - and they make up for those who do.

My twopennyworth (for what its worth) is that I used to work in the Factory where De Havilland Mosquitos were built during WWII......Downsview Canadian Forces Base, Toronto, Canada. I worked on the Twin Otter Aircraft.......building the RH Wings in the late 70's. Happy daze.
I went to work one Saturday morning at Downsview and there were dozens of Military Chevrolet Blazers and Triumph Motocycles lined up ready to be sold at Auction......none had ever been used but were considered 'obsolete' so they were cleared out of storage and sold.
Best recollection of my time there was a DH Buffalo landing one day and stopping within a few metres ! I think it was a 'Test Flight' to impress potential Customers. It certainly impressed me !

Check out Facebook Marketplace and E Bay for second hand sheds....there are always plenty for sale.....they just want them dismantling and shifting sharpish as they have building plans afoot. Of course you have to dismantle them and transport them but with a couple of mates, and a Saturday or Sunday, you can save a lot of dosh. You can always cut them into manageable sections for transport and speed of dismantling (a Corded or Cordless Circular Saw is just the job) and you can strengthen the whole assembly again when you install it later.
S/H Sectional Concrete Garages are cheap as chips because they are a swine to transport and/ or they have Asbestos Roofs.......but if you have suitable transport and they are near your location, they are worth considering. I have a 20' X 10' Sectional - it was here when I bought this house (it has an asbestos Roof but its in good condition) and its just the job for me.
My only foray into Steel Sheds was many years ago and doing it on my own was a nightmare in December....and when it was finally assembled my blo*dy, ef*ing Dog would never go in it ! My TA Landrover hardtop was a pain in the rain as it was like somebody drumming on the outside of the roof and on one Exercise in Germany we had a 'carpet' of flies made their home on the inside of the hardtop ! Once bit, twice shy !
Lastly....buy the biggest you can fit on your plot - as you'll fill it quickly and wish you had a bigger one (as the Actress said to the Bishop) !

Funnily enough my car was parked outside a Commercial Garage last week having an engine management fault sorted when a lickle old dear reversed into it.
I haven't had an Insurance claim in many, many years but I have lost count of the numerous nonsensical E Mails and Texts from both mine AND her Insurance Company Agents.........one suggesting my car might be a 'total loss' because of it's age (2007), without actually seeing the minor dent she inflicted, and when I asked her Agent for a 'Local Repairer' he arranged for a Garage which is 10 miles away and which is really difficult to get to using Public Transport. Do Schools no longer teach Geography ? After another long protracted bout of tooing and froing' they said I could use a 'Local Repairer' - of which there are many within walking distance of my home ! Their kind offer of a Hire Car was great but I don't need one and don't see any sense in bumping up the total cost of the claim - even if the Agents are keen to do so !
All this costs MONEY. The Agents for my Insurer and the Agents for her Insurer seem to home in on milking the system for all it is worth which is why our Premiums are so expensive......it pis*es me off no end when somebody says they are working for the XYZ Insurance Company when they are actually employed by another Company - whose sole objective is to screw somebody else out of as much dosh as they can get ! Rant over !

Happily (not often when it comes to dealing with insurance companies and brokers) via GoCompare, I quickly and pleasantly just renewed my single bike Insurance for my 2007 CB600F.
I was insured with 'One Call' Insurance for a time but when their renewal quote went ballistic the other year - as did myself, I rapidly found a much more competitive quote on GoCompare so off I went.....and the deal was done in 10 minutes. Result.
Once again I used GoCompare to search for this years Insurance, and guess what - 'One Call' were the most competitive.
I realise that Insurers 'buy' Insurance by offering cheap prices and looking to grow their business by increasing their volume of Customers, but if One Call can be competitive this year, then how come they were off the scale last year ? I used to be an Auditor of Quality Management Systems, so maybe my background and exposure to some of the most successful companies around the globe has flavoured how I look at things, but surely the simple underlying factor of why Customers stay loyal is trust, honesty and value for money ?
For well over 20 years I had my two cars and household Insurance through Direct Line, but eventually I had had enough of their unjustified rocketing premiums. Their Chairman received a damning complaint which was ignored, so I walked - and have never looked back !
All Insurers start off their spiel with 'We demand that our Customers are open and honest in their dealings with us'...........if only these same Insurers were 'Open and honest in their dealings with their Customers' then the Insurance Business would perhaps no longer be viewed as 'being able to slide under a snakes belly whilst wearing a Top hat' !

Mmmm....my Neighbour has just got a swanky BMW EV. It cost about £60 or £70K - i know cos I looked it up as I'm a nosey tw*t (but I think he's Leased it). He also bought a swanky Eldis Casita Caravan the week after (another £32K cos I'm a nosey tw*t). The Caravan was parked on our Road the other Saturday until it diskapeared......off to a Secure Storage Facility nearby.
I eventually caught up with him and asked him about his plans for the Caravan. He said that he'd realised that he'd dropped a major bollox ! He travelled over (from Blackpool) to Durham to collect the Caravan (as that was the only Dealer who had the exact model he wanted in stock).
From Durham, he drove back home but had to stop at Tebay Services on the Southbound M6 to charge his swanky BMW EV. Roger so far.
At Tebay Services, he had to wait for an hour as there were three other EV's waiting to be charged. In the meantime he had to uncouple his Caravan as he couldn't connect to the EV Charging Point with the Caravan attached. Eventually he charged his swanky EV which took two hours to ensure he could make it home (about 75 miles).....then he had to couple the Caravan up once again before he could continue his journey.
He eventually arrived home and tried to move the Caravan onto his drive........he'd worked out the dimensions and all should have been fine....only he couldn't get the Caravan up the slight incline of his drive - without it grounding at one end or the other. Eventually, he gave up and parked the Caravan on the road....outriggers at both ends deployed - it was 01:30 in the morning and he'd really had enough by then !
He said that he couldn't really envisage taking the Caravan more than 100 miles from Blackpool in future, as he can't be sure of getting home again !
His Wife has a Leased Seat SUV which they are going to change in a few months for a Ford Kuga Diesel......and the first job will be to fit a Towbar so that they can travel further afield with their £32K Caravan and their two lovely kids (and the Dog).
Now my Neighbour is a really smart Guy who earns a good living running his own Computer Consultancy, but given the dilemma that he's experienced over his swanky EV, I wonder how many other less smart people will be drawn into this whole EV debacle and wish they'd thought things trough in a bit more detail before they jumped in to the whole EV nightmare ?

I took this pic in 2016 of the Honda engine when we visited Sammy Millers Museum......I only ever thought of Sammy as being a Trials Rider (silly me) but he had cups and trophies for EVERYTHING in biking under the sun ! Amazing bloke......instead of all the latest crap on TV somebody should make a programme charting all that Sammy has achieved......I'd pay good money to see that.

Ref: 'Lots of Heinkel Tourists seen around London in 1940 I believe Ted. They even left presents'.
As my dear old Mum and Dad could vouch for......she was on the Searchlights in the ATS during the Liverpool Blitz and he was an Auxiliary Fireman, also based in Edghill, Liverpool during the Blitz. I often reminded my Scouse pals in my TA Regiment (based in Scouseland) that my Folks had staunchly defended their City....and they were free to buy me a pint in acknowledgement of my Mum and Dad's courage.
I never did get a pint though !

Empty it thoroughly, then just give it a good airing, shove a compressed airline in it for a few minutes and then leave it open for a few days.
Declare it as 'MotorcycleSpare Parts' on the Customs Documents and it should be OK.
Australia is anal about Asbestos but other stuff should be OK.
Maybe your Customer can recommend a good Courier.
