hi all not bin on for a while finally after 2 years i've started restoring my cb750 1970 and got a problem does anyone know what this bracket is and where it goes its not n the part list drawings

its not a stop for the centre  stand is it ? although not seen one before

thanks for the reply thats what i thought when i stripped it over 2 years ago took loads of photos but u never seem to take the right ones and i dont remember takin this off i would say that 95% of the bike was right for a 1970 just the usual changes made back in the day so i presume its right
