Dear members of this forum,
Diego (Piki) and I (Menno) would very much like to know the thickness of the lining on a cb 350 four tank.
It is very important that the tank has its original paint and decals, please no repainted tanks.
Colour candy bacchus olive or flake matador red. Not the tank with silver and the blue lining.
We would like to know:
-How much millimeter is the white line
-How much millimeter is the orange line
-How much millimeter is the space between them
?
Thanks alot.

I will measure them tomorrow for you.

Original decals on my spare tank measured with vernier caliper:
White 6.93mm
Orange 3.95mm
Gap between 3.23mm
Original decals were overlapped at corners.
All originals I have looked at (only a handful over the years) had a small error on upper left white on outer edge - a small ‘nick’ in the edge near the middle.
I think the guy who did a repro set for me might still have some - pm me for details

Hello, measure of Orange Stripe is the same for both parts? (lower part and upper part)

Mine are White, 7mm. Orange, 3.5mm measured with calipers as in pic.
The space varied between the lines around the tank where masking tape is placed is the size of the space.
