The problem here in the UK as a fellow Austrian born in Klagenfurt is that UK homes simply do not have the insulation required.
Well, the castle of my former boss (D.I.Hochegger; RIP) is heated by some I'm responsible for the layout...  ;)
https://www.burg-rabenstein.at/burg-rabenstein/
Proves that even rock & stone walls can be heated efficiently...

FMG our heating is back up & running - engineer turned up at 8.00 am as promised left at just gone 9.30 both sump level switches both replaced.
Hopefully sorted for a couple more winters now on sump pump number four counting the original & the third set of level switches.
Good to hear, comfy house again... (unless you think about gas prices...)
Over here "on the continent" condensing boilers are generally wall mounted models; hence either natural drain, or mentioned tank pumps...
The gripe is mostly due to MFGs stop carrying spares (over new models), like control PCBs...

I dread to think of the learning dip that future heat pump owners will go through...
Dunno working on A2W heat-pumps for quite some time now, they're quite reliable, issues origin mostly on the heating hydraulic inside the house...
And retrofitting old buildings is another issue, often more efficient to have them installing new, vacuum sealed windows...

Baxi Customer Support came this morning - replaced the sump pump - that's 3 pumps since Sept/Oct 2014. Not even 9 winters so if you subtract the house fire that's not a reliable sump pump!
Boiler condensate is quite corrosive, seems the OEM internal pump isn't quite suited...
Maybe fitting an auxiliary tank pump (i.e. Aspen) underneath the device would provide a more reliable solution...

A quick research:

https://www.engineeringtoolbox.com/torque-lubrication-effects-d_1693.html

Anti Seize however claims to maintain 75% of the original torque specs...

https://www.antiseize.com/PDFs/torque_specifications.pdf

And Loctite suggest to reduce values by 20% when applying thread-lock...

And what about the impact on the torque values?
Normally the numbers given in workshop manuals are rated for "dry" installation...
How much shall one reduce the torque if any anti corrosion lubricant is applied? -5%, -15%...?

I have found Corrosion Block grease to work really well on most areas, although I revert to copper slip where high temperatures are present. Here is a link to the makers web site they also produce ACF 50. http://www.acf-50.co.uk/corrosion_block.htm
Never saw their grease though... is it an actual lubricant too? (like for brake pedal and shifter linkage pivots)
For many years I'm using their spray on any electrical connector (and as cavity protection) for the reasons pointed out by McCabe-Thiele...
Copper Slip for anything on the exhaust line and the backside (& the stainless clips) of brake-pads...

Recently someone suggested AntiSeize as lubricant for clutch & brake lever pivots (+ the brass parts in there), but I don't want that mess all over my motorcycle, gloves, gear, hair, face, helmet, etc... so I'd stick to the annual waterproof marine grease application...

Always referred to as 'Ginger grease' where I'm from. ;D
Just keep in mind that Copper Slip, Anti Seize as well as Molycote Gn+ are "living entities"...
Drop a small crumb somewhere on the shop floor, walk to the opposite corner, sit down and wait...
Aprox 20 minutes later you'll find it on your elbow, another 15 minutes and some portion residents on your forehead, within an hour or so all your tools will be heavily contaminated...

Definitely hot, but wouldn't go over 60°C... (discolored some painted brake calipers by going to 80°C...)

I was about to ask which MC you've installed...
What about the speedo-drive? Any issues?

Is that a specific string material, or will anything non electrical work?
(stator) lacing cord... way more durable then zip-ties...
