while I wait for a repair shop answer I have emailed a few local machine shops
a few have said they can fill the exhaust stud hole with weld and retap back to original m6 but this may cause head to warp causing more work to be needed
ie machining the flat surface and possible work on valves and stems
advice needed on this one..... starting to think might as well get a new head

fitting this motad until I find last part of my 4 into 4
Instructions on this don't match up with headers I have
instructions fit Q1M5H to port 1, there is no header pipe with that marking , all the pipes are marked M54-1S up to M54-4S
anyone came up against this before, thought it would be a simple job to fit these
tried fitting 1 and 3 first and then silencer but the last pipe is and inch out, no 2 cylinder the one you use the bolt to nip up the pipe with does not reach
Thanks
