Title: Rear light connections & loom cover question?

I downloaded this photo from a set on an auction site for a CB 400 - is this the correct position for the rear "plastic glove" arrangement where the rear lighting wires are connected to the main loom?

Anywhere under there that ainnt in the way  is where it went onn pdi
