last off the first few hours of stripping....... as you will see a bit of the dreaded hole demon has attacked the right mudguard attachment rib so gona strip paint with wire brush ( rotary) and make a full infill for the whole rib only part that looks a bit duff on frame but i wnt to give it the once over once blasted and before priming to see if any metal needs replaceing oe seams welded etc ......

You will find these photos really handy when you put it back together, I did when I rebuilt mine.

My exe employer cant do enough for me i can use any workshop workspace vans tooling etc just pity there,s no lathe milling machine cnc miller or tig welder, but gonna give the mig welder some stick once she stars going back together....well so much for guaranteed 2 day delivery orderd the ultrasonic cleaner thursday got confirm e mail and that it had been passed to there delivery comp so looked them up and they deliver up to 5 pm saturday so this would have been 2nd day but nothing came so erm i did this ............. one of the double ball joint holders has a small crack in casting looks like it was done on assembly so if its lasted this long...... checked it and it dosent open up under stress.now what to do next ??????????????????? ::)

Thought i,d start on the colour co-ordination this will be the 2 main clours of the bike with some white black red.....
