Title: CB400 Wiring?

Hi,
I'm getting this 400 back together nicely but I'm a bit confused on this bit of wiring. I have this clump of wires hanging down in the airbox area with a rubber sheath around it. I assume from the position, the point wires go into the corresponding colour connections, but what connects to the green and black wire?

Ahh... Thank you. And do the connections just tuck in behind the airbox?
