My crap spelling again, not sure what a lumo is!
Cheers Steve, I went over to the industrial estate yesterday and managed to blag a chunk from PCworld on recommendation from o E if the chaps on here. I’m going to start to trim it up this arvo on the bandsaw and see if I can get a tidy result. Bloody good shout though, hadn’t thought of that!

Does that make it steer really vauguely when loaded up? It sits really far back on the back of that, surely it lightens the steering heaps with any weight in your boxes? I can sling some fair weight on the VFR but have to jack the back up on the adjustment or it feels like the front wheels in the air, surely it must feel similar on that or does it ride OK?
Not a critisism, just an observation after selling hundreds of fitting kits and pannier sets over the years at various City branches when I was there it became clear that some bikes simply wouldnt accept a universal fitting kit but never seen one on a 750,.

That looks well Phil, was that a Menno job or local 'brown' supplier?

Phil (s), Ian et al, cheers all. That Alans electrics is the only place I've ever seen them for sale, a great link and one stashed for further use, nice one. I managed to blag a good lumo from PC world so I'll have a go at chopping that up later on the bandsaw.
Thanks chaps for all the help

I’ve put a similar thing on mine underneath, one switch has to be in a certain position for the other to work but I. Ths instance it’s that you have to hold it in for 4 secs for it to energise the circuit and allow the ignition to work.
