I used to drive back to uni through Moreton in the Marsh.
On the outskirts of the town on the right side was a scaffolders company sign "Spook Erection".
Sadly I don't think they're there any more.

I just watched a documentary about beavers.
It was the best dam show I ever saw!

There's a property maintenance man n van in Bristol with a company name proudly on his van "Beaver Maintenance".

And a chippy with " Joseph the Carpenter, Satisfied customers for 2000 years" on his van.

Mine were a pig to get out.
I resorted to lots of heat and then leverage, with protection for the top of the slider as Ted says.
Good luck

So sorry to hear of your loss.
But heartened to hear you are pressing on with getting the 400 sorted.
If the advice above doesn't work my similar problems were sorted when I got the correct brass in all the carbs.
Best wishes
Tim

Hope you have a fantastic trip and very glad you've avoided the southern ocean legs. Just too damn dangerous imho but maybe they are staying higher up than in previous races.

Just in case anyone is interested there's a young guy who is renovating the 1927 Fastnet winner "Tally Ho". A Gaff Cutter.
Fantastic workmanship and a good film maker to fund it all.
Started 6 years ago and is now nearing completion.

Well how about if you let go of a halyard and the weight of the rope on the other side of the pulley pulled it to the top of the mast for instance.
Lots of string up there and some instrument sensors, wind speed, direction, lights etc lots of things to go wrong.
