Yep, I will have all those bits done at those prices please. But I agree with him, at £350 the smooth bore Mikunis can stay on the shelf. 😊😊😊😊. But, some of those parts were really expensive then.

My 466 piston kit didnt cost me much more than that when converted from Aussie Peso's... but it isnt a Yoshimura Kit either..
Is there really much to gain from Gas Flowing the head on a 400? I guess removing any casting dags and port matching would be all you might really do.

Not sure on the "mods" to the valves unless they change the grind angles which might be fine for racing but might not work too well on the road.

That list now gives me something to take along to my "Old school" engine machinist and head man to start on the spare engine... one I finish getting my garage re-sorted.

Head was gas-flowed to 26mm dia. on each inlet tract. Exhaust valve seat width reduced to increase flow area.
