Just one question, WHY? The standard rod linkage is strong, simple, and virtually indestructable , cables can stretch, get stiff and bind, and snap when you really dont need it

No they are NOT, according to the parts list, there are 20 Type "A", and 20 Type "B", the difference is very slight, but they are different

I think you missed my point there, if they ARE F2 yoshi pistons, then all will be fine, if they are K0-7/F1 yoshi pistons, using an F1 head will unleash the full advantage of the Yoshi kit, and it would be a shame not to get the full benefit of a Yoshi big bore

You might find it will go even better with an F1 head, unless they are F2 specific pistons, if they are yoshi pistons for normal sohc engines, the F2 head with its larger combustion chambers will effectively lower the compression ratio. I'm not sure what markings on the pistons identify F2 ones, but if you look at some of the U.S. big bore manufacturers sites you will see one set for K0-7 and F1, and a different set for F2, the F2 ones having a higher crown to raise the compression ratio

All of the Hondas I have ever owned had the frame number stamped on the headstock, as far as I am aware the ONLY legit reason for it not to be so is if a new replacment frame has been fitted, and I'd want proof of that before I'd go anywhere near it!

I seem to remember getting some from a local motor factors last time I needed some, just took one of the tee pieces in and tried various ones from their "selection box", under

When I get the chance! Unfortunately being a coach driver my working hours often change at short notice and completely screw my plans up! But I do get there whenever I can, always using the A379 as it's far more fun than the A380

Hi Stuart, great looking bike, the picture in front of Paignton pier is especially good I'm only about 20 miles up the road in Woodbury, (about 4 miles south east of Exeter) perhaps we can meet up after all this xmas crap is out of the way, there are quite a few nice old sohc bikes around here, be nice to see how many we can get together for a photo session. Is your bike an import? The indicators and handlebars, and the excellent condition of your stock exhaust certainly make me think so!

Have you had a look at it? is the fluid within levels on all cells? Chances are if it aint holding charge, it's probably knackered! The usual answer is to replace it, they are relatively cheap (

If it is an F2, the "supersport" is part of the Honda badge, the F1 was a sticker /vinyl, and seem to be impossible to find other than in a complete tank stripe kit. CMSNL has the left hand badge in stock, but not for the right

All CB750's had a hinged seat fitted when they left the factory. It depends whether whoever fitted your current seat ground off the studs for mounting the original from the frame as to how awkward it will be to fit the replacement, and also if they P.O cut the lock/plunger socket off the frame. You will need a seat hinge assembly and a lock plunger at the very least, but they are easy to find on e-bay
