At the top of Andorra today, a bit cold long pants and a jumper might have been wise, not to mention sandals and no socks. Loads of bikes out these really are great roads.

I think that's who I used.
I don't really agree with the black and silver plates rolling over with the 40 year exemption. If it was registered with a yellow plate I think it should stay with a yellow plate. And that's coming from someone that prefers the black plates.
People change allsorts of things on bikes so why not the number plate if they prefer to. They nearly all started out as stock bikes when they were first registered does that mean they should all remain stock. To me the plate is no different to any other part of the bike, and mine are on yellow plates.
