Title: Does anyone have any top fork bolts for a CB500?
Post by: petersy on March 07, 2016, 08:16:35 PM
Does anyone have a pair of (chrome) front fork top bolts for a CB500 K1 they can sell me please?
I am refurbishing a 1972 bike, but the top fork bolts are pitted, so I am looking to replace them.

Polished Stainless looks like Chrome, and shouldn't rust, or are you looking for originality? Hex; M8 x 56mm
HTH
NIGEL.

Do you mean the big nuts in the top of the fork tubes or the pinch bolts on the top yoke?

Yes, the two big nuts (one on the top of each leg), not the pinch bolts.
